From November 7 to 9, we invite you on a culinary journey to the heart of the Jorat Nature Park, on the doorstep of Lausanne. In a historic inn nestled deep in the forest, Alba Farnos Viñals and Paul Marsden prepare a mindful and committed cuisine, resonating with the sensitive approach of Rebecca Clopath and her team from the Grisons.
They all share the same vision: to explore our living environments with care and conviction, convinced that the way we eat shapes the world of tomorrow.
For three days, join a community of enthusiasts to celebrate nature, culture, and the culinary arts. From the moment the curtain rises, languages, landscapes, and flavors will enter into dialogue.

Oui, nous avions déjà placé la jeune cheffe catalane dans notre sélection 2023. Mais depuis, elle et son compagnon Paul Marsden ont changé de projet, reprenant mi-janvier 2025 l’Auberge de l’Abbaye de Montheron (VD). Son style de cuisine si particulier, mariant chaleur méditerranéenne et amour du local, promet grand.

Après dix ans aux commandes de l’Auberge de l’Abbaye de Montheron, Rafael Rodriguez (aux fourneaux) et David Donneaud (en salle) ont annoncé leur départ pour la fin de l’année.

Du nouveau à l’Auberge de Montheron
L’Auberge de Montheron de Rafael Rodriguez (cuisine) et David Donneaud (service), c’était l’adresse préférée du couple Alba Farnós Viñals et Paul Marsden. Dès le 15 janvier 2025, ça sera la leur! Le duo qui anime les lieux depuis dix ans, et qui lui a donné ses lettres de noblesse – 16/20 au Gault&Millau et 1 étoile verte Michelin –, a décidé de «s’orienter vers de nouveaux horizons». Romano Hasenauer, qui gère aussi le Chalet des Enfants, reste associé gérant.
