From November 7 to 9, we invite you on a culinary journey to the heart of the Jorat Nature Park, on the doorstep of Lausanne. In a historic inn nestled deep in the forest, Alba Farnos Viñals and Paul Marsden prepare a mindful and committed cuisine, resonating with the sensitive approach of Rebecca Clopath and her team from the Grisons.
They all share the same vision: to explore our living environments with care and conviction, convinced that the way we eat shapes the world of tomorrow.
For three days, join a community of enthusiasts to celebrate nature, culture, and the culinary arts. From the moment the curtain rises, languages, landscapes, and flavors will enter into dialogue.
